Jungle Fever

Successful Harlem architect Flipper Purify (Wesley Snipes) lives with his wife Drew, a buyer at Bloomingdale's, and their young daughter, Ming. When an Italian-American woman, Angie Tucci (Annabella Sciorra), is hired as his temp secretary, Flipper's concerns about their interracial relationship grow, but ultimately, they begin a tumultuous affair. The couple faces challenges, including discrimination, financial issues, and personal conflicts, which ultimately lead to their split, with Flipper realizing their relationship has been based on racial myths rather than love.
