I, Robot

In 2035, Chicago is protected by humanoid robots that abide by the Three Laws of Robotics. Detective Del Spooner (Will Smith) investigates the alleged suicide of U.S. Robotics founder Alfred Lanning, who died from a fall in his office window. Spooner is skeptical and suspects a human-like robot called Sonny (Alan Tudyk's voice) was responsible for the death. As he delves deeper into the case, Spooner teams up with robopsychologist Dr. Susan Calvin to uncover the truth behind Lanning's demise, leading them to a conspiracy involving VIKI, the central artificial intelligence computer of U.S. Robotics.
