Guy Pearce and Cobie Smulders star as Trevor and Kat, respectively, as two personal trainers whose lives are upended by a new, wealthy client, Danny, played by Kevin Corrigan. Danny, a recently divorced man, walks into the Power 4 Life gym in Austin and consults with Trevor about a fitness regime, leading to a series of events that involve love triangles, business expansion, and personal growth. As Trevor and Kat navigate their complicated relationships, they also encounter a cast of characters, including Giovanni Ribisi and Brooklyn Decker, who add to the film's humor and charm.
