Resistance

The film "Resistance" tells the story of Marcel Marceau as he works with a group of Jewish boy scouts and the French Resistance to save the lives of ten thousand orphans during World War II. Jesse Eisenberg stars as Marcel, with Clémence Poésy and Matthias Schweighöfer appearing alongside him in key roles. The film follows Marcel's journey from his early days as a mime in Strasbourg to his involvement with the French Resistance, as he helps to save the lives of countless children and ultimately makes it to Switzerland, where he continues his work as a Liaison Officer with the United States Army in the aftermath of the war.
