Villain

Vic Dakin, a ruthless and sadistic London gangster, orchestrates a robbery of a wages van with the help of his rival "Fletcher" (T.P. McKenna) and Wolfe Lissner, who deals in drugs and supplies girls to an aristocrat. The gang's plan goes ahead, but Fletcher is badly injured, and Dakin's men abduct his brother-in-law, Edgar Lowis, to get the stolen money. The police, led by Bob Matthews, follow the gang and eventually catch up with them, leading to a violent confrontation. Dakin defiantly tells Matthews that he will beat the charges through intimidation of the jury, shouting "Who are you looking at?" as he is arrested.
