La gomera

A Romanian police inspector, Cristi (Vlad Ivanov), is tasked with freeing a corrupt businessman, Zsolt (Sabin Tambrea), from prison in exchange for information on a mobster's hidden money. To do so, Cristi must learn the ancestral whistling language, Silbo Gomero, used on the island of Gomera. Along the way, he becomes seduced by his mistress, Gilda (Catrinel Marlon), who is also involved in the plot.
