Le notti di Cabiria

Cabiria, played by Giulietta Masina, is a kind-hearted sex worker living in Rome, whose life is marked by tragedy, heartbreak, and poverty. After being robbed and left to drown by her boyfriend, Giorgio, she is rescued and resumes her life, trying to find happiness in a cynical world. Along the way, she encounters a series of characters, including Oscar D'Onofrio, who she falls in love with, but ultimately discovers is also intent on exploiting her.
