Like a Boss

Two female friends, Mia Carter (Tiffany Haddish) and Mel Paige (Rose Byrne), run a beauty company together, but their vastly different personalities and ideals lead to tension and conflict. When a high-class industry titan, Claire Luna (Salma Hayek Pinault), invests in their company, Mia and Mel must work together to save their business and prove themselves to Luna, while also navigating their own personal differences and a young employee who becomes a key player in their success.
