Ut og stjæle hester

In the 2019 Norwegian drama film "Out Stealing Horses", 67-year-old widower Trond Sander (Stellan Skarsgård) moves to a remote cabin in Eastern Norway, only to become acquainted with his neighbor Lars, who turns out to be the younger brother of his childhood best friend Jon. As Trond gets to know Lars, he is forced to confront painful memories of his youth during the Nazi-occupation of Norway, including a traumatic incident involving Lars and a rifle, and the abandonment of his father and Jon's mother during the war.
