Anders Baasmo Christiansen is a Norwegian actor born on January 29, 1976, in Hamar, Norway. He earned his breakthrough in 2003 with the Amanda award for his role in "Buddy" and went on to win the prestigious Heddaprisen award for his interpretation of Hamlet in 2008, becoming the first actor to collect an Amanda, Gullruten, and Hedda award. Christiansen has since appeared in notable films like "Arn – The Kingdom at Road's End" and received the Shooting Stars Award at the Berlin International Film Festival in 2010.
