Shao Lin san shi liu fang

A young student named Liu Yu-de is drawn by his activist teacher into the local rebellion against the Manchu government, but is killed by the government officials. His son escapes to Shaolin Temple, where he plans to learn the secretive brand of martial arts to seek revenge. At the temple, Liu Yu-de, now known as San Te, trains in the 35 chambers, learning various aspects of kung fu fighting arts. He advances rapidly and eventually creates a new chamber to train ordinary people in the basics of kung fu, before returning to his hometown and assisting the people against their oppressors, culminating in a fierce duel with the oppressive General Tien Ta.
