Diagnosis: Death

Andre Chang (Raybon Kan) and Juliet Reid (Jessica Grace Smith) meet as guinea pigs in a weekend drug trial, where they soon discover their lives are in more danger than they imagined. The staff are peculiar, and the drugs cause hallucinations that may be real or just a product of their paranoia. As they struggle to unravel the mystery, they uncover a dark secret involving Nurse Magaret Bates (Suze Tye), who murdered her sister and nephew at the facility, leading to a supernatural revenge that ultimately leads to her demise.
