Rumble on the Docks

"Rumble on the Docks" is a 1956 American crime film noir that tells the story of Jimmy Smigelski, a 17-year-old Brooklyn boy torn between his parents' old-fashioned values and the flashy lifestyle of a local gangster, played by James Darren. As Jimmy becomes embroiled in a rivalry between two local gangs, he must choose between loyalty to his family and the influence of Joe Brindo, the racketeer who has taken him under his wing. In the end, Jimmy changes his ways and finds a new path in his father's print shop.
