Sands of the Kalahari

A diverse group of individuals struggle to survive in the Kalahari desert after their passenger plane crashes, led by a ruthless survivalist (Stuart Whitman) who intends to eliminate all but one woman, "Eve" (Susannah York), to ensure his own chances of survival. The survivors are menaced by a troop of chacma baboons, and when one of the survivors returns with a rescue party, the group makes their escape in a helicopter, leaving the lone hunter (Stuart Whitman) to face a desolate and deadly environment.
