Mumbai police commissioner Prakash Rathod (Anupam Kher) recounts the most memorable case of his career, a confrontation with an anonymous caller (Naseeruddin Shah) who threatens to detonate bombs throughout Mumbai unless four terrorists are released from police custody. The caller, revealed to be a common man seeking revenge for the 2006 Mumbai train bombings, tips off a television news reporter and two police officers, leading to a tense standoff. In the end, Rathod reaches the caller's location and offers him a ride home, as the caller destroys all his equipment and confirms there are no more bombs in the city.
