Donnie Yen stars as Fallon Zhu, a heartbroken Hong Kong police officer who gains 200+ pounds after being dumped by his fiancée, Niki Chow Lai-Kei as Chloe. When a convict in his custody mysteriously dies, Zhu teams up with citizen Thor, played by Wong Jing, to solve the mystery, using his martial arts prowess to combat powerful criminal gangs operating in Tokyo. Along the way, he adapts his fighting style to his new physique and rediscovers his passion for police work.
