Wong Jing is a Hong Kong filmmaker and actor born on May 3, 1955. He began his career in television as a scriptwriter for TVB in 1975, before moving to the Shaw Brothers studio where he made his directing debut with Challenge of the Gamesters in 1981. Wong has directed over 175 films, including box office hits like God of Gamblers and The New Legend of Shaolin.
