Hearts and Bones

Hearts and Bones is a 2019 Australian drama film directed and co-written by Ben Lawrence. The film follows Dan Fisher, a shell-shocked photojournalist, and Sebastian Ahmed, a Sudanese refugee, as their lives intersect in a poignant and morally complex drama. Hugo Weaving stars as Dan Fisher, a war photographer struggling to come to terms with his past, and Andrew Luri plays Sebastian Ahmed, a man whose life is threatened by one of Dan's photographs.
