Liàn liàn fengchén

Dust in the Wind tells the bittersweet love story of two village sweethearts, Ah Yuan (Chien-wen Wang) and Ah Yun (Hsin Shu-Fen), who left their hometown of Jiufen to work in Taipei together after graduating from junior high school. As they navigate the challenges of city life, Ah Yuan is drafted into the Army, leading to a painful separation from Ah Yun. Ultimately, Ah Yuan returns home, finding comfort in the familiar surroundings and a deep sense of happiness and belonging, wearing a shirt Ah Yun had made for him.
