The Dallas Connection

In this 1994 action film, secret agents Chris Cannon, Mark Austin, and Samantha Maxx, played by Bruce Penhall, Mark Barriere, and Samantha Phillips, respectively, must stop assassins led by the femme fatale Black Widow, played by Julie Strain, from killing Antonio Morales, played by Rodrigo Obregón, who is trying to prevent a computer chip from falling into the wrong hands.
