Enemies: A Love Story

In 1949, Herman Broder, a guilt-ridden Holocaust survivor, lives in New York with his wife, Yadwiga, who saved his life during the war. Herman is having an affair with Masha, a concentration camp survivor who wants them to divorce their respective spouses and get married. When Tamara, Herman's supposed deceased wife, shows up in New York, Herman confesses his current marriage and affair, leading to unexpected complications. As Masha experiences internal bleeding, Herman must confront the consequences of his relationships and ultimately chooses between his multiple wives.
