No Holds Barred

Hulk Hogan stars as Rip Thomas, the WWF Heavyweight Champion, in this 1989 action film. The World Wrestling Federation champion is a huge ratings draw, while the struggling World Television Network, led by Kurt Fuller's Brell, wants him to join their network. Brell's plan backfires when Rip refuses to join, and he later tries to exact revenge by hiring Zeus, a former protege of Rip's trainer, to defeat Rip in a wrestling match.
