Samuel Pierret (Gilles Lellouche), a nurse's aide, must navigate a deadly cat-and-mouse game with the police after saving the wrong thief, Hugo Sartet (Roschdy Zem), who is on the run from hitmen. The situation escalates when Sartet's pregnant wife, Nadia (Elena Anaya), is abducted by Sartet's brother and his accomplice, forcing Samuel to team up with Sartet to rescue Nadia and evade the authorities.
