Strange Behavior

In the small Illinois town of Galesburg, a series of bizarre murders takes place, targeting teenagers, while the local university is conducting covert mind control experiments on the youth. As the police chief, John Brady, investigates the murders, he discovers a connection between the mysterious experiments and the killings. His son, Pete, a high school senior, is eventually recruited as a test subject and becomes embroiled in the sinister scheme. With the help of Gwen Parkinson, a professor at the university, John must stop the experiments before they claim more victims.
