Qiu ai ye jing hun

In this 1989 action-comedy-thriller, Alfred Cheung Kin-Ting plays Chang Hsin Lung, a taxi driver obsessed with TV news reporter Maggie Cheung as Jenny Tung, who is more interested in major events than the mundane stories Lung provides her. When a series of murders plagues the city, Lung begins to feed Jenny information, but it's unclear if he's more connected to the killings than he lets on. Meanwhile, Lawrence Ng Kai-Wah plays John Liu, Jenny's arrogant lawyer boyfriend, who gets in the way of Lung's attempts to win her affection.
