Rise of the Zombies

In a post-apocalyptic world, a water-borne virus has turned San Francisco into a zombie-infested nightmare. Dr. Lynn Snyder (Mariel Hemingway) and her group of survivors take refuge on Alcatraz Island, where they receive cryptic messages from scientist Dr. Arnold (French Stewart), who claims to have found a cure. As the undead breach the island, the survivors must navigate the mainland, facing numerous challenges and heartbreak, including the loss of loved ones, before finally discovering Dr. Arnold's refuge and potentially escaping the zombie-infested city.
