Du bei dao

The One-Armed Swordsman follows Fang Kang (Jimmy Wang Yu), a noble swordsman who returns to his former teacher Qi Ru-Feng to defend him from a villainous gang of rival swordsmen. Along the way, he meets Xiao Man (Lisa Chiao Chiao), a peasant girl who nurses him back to health and helps him master a new, one-armed style of swordplay. Fang Kang must confront his disability and his past to protect his teacher and the woman he loves, and ultimately decides to leave his life as a swordsman behind to lead a simple life with Xiao Man.
