Lisa Chiao Chiao is a Taiwanese-Singaporean film actress born on March 6, 1943, in Chongqing. She began her acting career in 1961 and joined the Shaw Brothers Studio in Hong Kong in 1966, where she appeared in films like "One-Armed Swordsman" alongside Jimmy Wang Yu. After Huang Tsung-hsing's untimely death in a motorcycle accident in 1976, Chiao continued to work extensively behind the scenes and made several notable appearances in Hong Kong films throughout the 1980s and 1990s.
