Kinsey

Alfred Kinsey (Liam Neeson), a pioneer in the field of sexology, is interviewed about his personal life. The film flashes back to Kinsey's childhood and young adulthood, showing his experiences as a Boy Scout and his struggles with his father's disapproval. As a professor at Indiana University, Kinsey teaches a course on sex education and becomes a vocal advocate for open discussion of human sexuality. With the support of his research assistants, including Clyde Martin (Peter Sarsgaard), Kinsey publishes his groundbreaking work, but faces controversy and backlash, including the withdrawal of funding from the Rockefeller Foundation.
