Suspect Zero

FBI Agent Thomas Mackelway, recently suspended for brutally beating suspected serial killer Raymond Starkey, investigates the death of traveling salesman Harold Speck, whose body is found with a strange symbol and eyelids cut off. As Mackelway and his partner Fran Kulok follow the clues left by a mysterious killer, they discover the existence of Suspect Zero, a serial killer who targets other serial killers, leading them to suspect Benjamin O'Ryan, an ex-FBI agent with obsessive-compulsive sketches of a crossed-circle symbol. With the help of a mysterious informant, Mackelway and Kulok must make a calculated guess to finally bring down the elusive Suspect Zero.
