The misadventures of four groups of guests at the Beverly Hills Hotel are told through four separate stories in this 1978 anthology comedy film. "Visitors from New York" features a bickering divorced couple, Jane Fonda as Hannah Warren, and Alan Alda as her husband Bill, as they try to decide on living arrangements for their teenage daughter. "Visitors from London" stars Maggie Smith as Diana Barrie, a British actress struggling with her marriage of convenience to Michael Caine's character, Sidney Cochran, who is increasingly indiscreet about his sexuality.
