Blue Monkey

In a hospital, a mysterious infection spreads after a group of doctors, including Dr. Rachel Carson (Gwynyth Walsh) and Detective Jim Bishop (Steve Railsback), come into contact with an insect-like creature that emerges from a patient's body. As the creature grows to monstrous proportions, it wreaks havoc on the hospital, killing patients and staff, and the doctors must work together to contain the outbreak before it's too late. Meanwhile, a handyman named Fred Adams (Robin Duke) becomes "patient zero" for the infection, which was inadvertently introduced to the hospital by his visit to an eccentric old woman's greenhouse.
