When 17-year-old Colton Fremont (Alex MacNicoll) is tasked with babysitting his little sister over the summer, he develops a crush on Heather (Genevieve Hannelius), the beautiful girl who moves into the mysterious old house across the street. As Colton gets to know Heather, he begins to suspect that her foster father, Magnus Torvald (Martin Kove), is involved in a sinister Satanic cult. Determined to protect Heather, Colton takes drastic measures to intervene, but he soon uncovers a horrifying truth about her situation.
