More Dead Than Alive

Cain (Clint Walker), a former gunfighter released from prison after 18 years, tries to settle down as a rancher but is haunted by his past. He takes a job with showman Dan Ruffalo's traveling shooting show, where he must compete with the young and talented Billy Valence (Paul Hampton). Cain finds love with Monica Alton (Anne Francis), an artist from the east, but his reputation continues to follow him, leading to a confrontation that ultimately leads to Billy's downfall.
