Outbreak

In the 1995 film "Outbreak," Dr. Col. Sam Daniels (Dustin Hoffman) investigates an outbreak in Zaire and later in a small town in California where a deadly virus has been brought to the country via a white-faced capuchin monkey. With the help of his ex-wife, Robby Keough (Rene Russo), and Major Salt (Cuba Gooding Jr.), Daniels races against time to find an antidote as the military struggles to contain the spread of the virus. As the situation spirals out of control, Daniels must confront his superiors and the sinister plans they have for the virus.
