Pathfinder

A 2007 American historical action film set in the Viking Age, during the Norse colonization of North America. The story follows Ghost, a Norse boy adopted by local Skrælings (Native Americans) as a boy and becomes a warrior for the tribe, who ultimately becomes their savior in a fight against the Norsemen after his village is destroyed and he is pursued relentlessly. With stellar production values, but a dramatically weak and banal plot, Ghost must use his skills to defeat the Viking leader Gunnar and save the Skrælings from destruction.
