Poltergeist

The Freeling family's suburban home becomes the center of paranormal activity that opens a portal to the 'other side'. With help, they must cross over to get their daughter back. As the family is shaken awake by a violent earthquake, their youngest daughter Carol Anne eerily intones, "They're here." A series of bizarre events unfolds, including a glass of milk spontaneously breaking, silverware bending, and furniture moving on its own. Parapsychologist Martha Lesh and spiritual medium Tangina Barrons are called in to investigate, and they determine that the house is being invaded by malevolent ghosts. As the family frantically searches for Carol Anne, they discover that the house was built on top of a former cemetery and the graves were moved to a nearby location.
