Puppet Master III: Toulon's Revenge

In 1941 Berlin, a Nazi scientist named Dr. Hess is forced to create a drug capable of animating corpses for use as living shields on the battlefield. Meanwhile, puppeteer André Toulon has been secretly creating a troupe of sentient puppets in his theater, and when the Nazis discover this, they set their sights on exploiting Toulon's powers. Toulon uses his newfound allies to exact revenge on those who wronged him, culminating in a brutal showdown with Major Kraus that will leave one man torn apart by hooks and impaled on a halberd.
