Intervista

Federico Fellini is interviewed by a Japanese television crew for a news report on his latest film, taking the viewer behind the scenes at Cinecittà. He accompanies the crew on a tour of the studios, where he interacts with his younger self played by Sergio Rubini. As Fellini navigates the complexities of filmmaking, his past and present intermingle, with the illusion of filmmaking blurring the lines between reality and fiction. Along the way, Fellini and his assistant director Maurizio Mein struggle to recruit the right cast and build the sets for his fictitious adaptation of Franz Kafka's novel Amerika.
