In the high-stakes world of auto racing, Chan Foh To, a junkyard mechanic and part-time race car driver, finds himself in a deadly game of cat and mouse with Warner "Cougar" Kaugman, a super-criminal street racer. With the help of Interpol agent Steve Cannon and news reporter Amy Yip, Chan must use his skills to defeat Cougar and rescue his kidnapped sister.
