Beneath a Sea of Lights

A Somali billboard repairman in Dubai, played by Barkhad Abdi as Caweys, is drawn into a world of unexpected excitement when he tries to experience the products advertised on his billboards. His journey takes an unexpected turn when a con man enters the picture, played by Jim Sarbh as Jimmy. As Caweys becomes embroiled in this new world, his life is further complicated by the demands of his own responsibilities, including caring for a sick mother.
