R.I.P.D.

In this supernatural action comedy, Jeff Bridges stars as Roy Pulsipher, a veteran officer of the Rest in Peace Department, while Ryan Reynolds plays Nick Walker, a Boston cop murdered by his corrupt partner Kevin Bacon. After getting shot, Nick finds himself recruited into the R.I.P.D to find and capture Deados - souls who died but escaped judgment - with Roy as his unlikely partner. Together, they embark on an absurd investigation to track down a stolen stash of gold, navigating a world where the living and dead coexist in unexpected ways.
