Biography
Jeffrey Leon Bridges is an American actor and singer born on December 4, 1949, to a prominent acting family. He began his career appearing alongside his father and brother in the television series Sea Hunt (1958–60). Bridges has won numerous accolades, including the Academy Award for Best Actor for his role as an alcoholic singer in Crazy Heart (2009), as well as nominations for roles in The Last Picture Show, Tron, and True Grit.
