8 Million Ways to Die

Jeff Bridges plays Los Angeles Sheriff Deputy Matt Scudder, who is forced to shoot a violent suspect during a narcotics raid, leading to a downward spiral of alcoholism and personal loss. After an AA meeting, Scudder gets entangled with a private gambling club owned by Randy Brooks' character, Willie "Chance" Walker, where he meets Rosanna Arquette's Sarah, played by Alexandra Paul, who pretends to be his girlfriend. As Scudder pieces together clues, he targets Andy García's Angel Maldonado, who is suspected of running a drug ring through Chance's legitimate businesses, leading to a tense showdown at an empty warehouse.
