Rise of the Footsoldier

Rise of the Footsoldier follows the rise of Carlton Leach from a football hooligan to becoming a member of a notorious gang of criminals who rampaged their way through Essex in the late 80s and early 90s. The film takes three decades of his life, from football hooliganism to bouncer, involvement in the early 'rave' scene, and subsequent violence. Ricci Harnett stars as Carlton Leach, while Craig Fairbrass plays Pat Tate in a later installment.
