RoboCop

In a violent, near-apocalyptic Detroit, evil corporation Omni Consumer Products wins a contract from the city government to privatize the police force, leading to the creation of RoboCop, a heavily armed cyborg law enforcer designed to supplant human officers. When RoboCop learns of his corporate masters' nefarious plans and the circumstances of his own death, he turns on them, executing a campaign against crime while coming to terms with the lingering fragments of his humanity.
