Nancy Allen is an American actress who rose to prominence in the 1970s and early 1980s with her performances in several films directed by Brian De Palma. Her notable roles include Chris Hargensen in Carrie (1976), Officer Anne Lewis in RoboCop (1987) and its sequels, and a Golden Globe-nominated performance as a prostitute in Dressed to Kill (1980). She also appeared in science fiction films Strange Invaders (1983) and The Philadelphia Experiment (1984).
