In this dystopian Detroit, RoboCop's efforts to pacify urban crime are eclipsed by the growing menace of a street drug called "Nuke," led by the God-delirious leader Cane. As OCP replicates the success of the first unit with failed prototypes plagued by suicidal issues, Dr. Faxx uses Cane as the new subject for the RoboCop 2 project - a living God.
