Amityville 3-D

Journalist John Baxter (Tony Roberts), skeptical of the Amityville house's haunted reputation, buys the place and settles in to write his first novel. After exposing a pair of con artists in the infamous 112 Ocean Avenue house, he is persuaded to purchase the house by real estate agent Clifford Sanders. As John is at work, his partner Melanie (Candy Clark) experiences bizarre occurrences in the house, including a demonic-looking face in photos of Clifford, which she attempts to show John but is killed in a horrific car accident. John's estranged wife Nancy (Tess Harper) becomes convinced that their daughter Susan is still alive after finding her drenched and walking up the stairs, and John allows paranormal investigator Doctor Elliot West (Robert Joy) to investigate the house, which ultimately leads to a terrifying confrontation with a demon.
