Le genou de Claire

On the eve of his wedding, career diplomat Jérôme visits an old acquaintance, Aurora, and her teenage daughters, Laura and Claire, at their home across the lake. Jérôme is initially interested in Laura, but his fantasy shifts to Claire, whom he finds attractive. During a boat ride with Claire, he longs to touch her knee, but controls his desire, eventually giving her a handkerchief and consoling her after a rainstorm.
